Endings is a 6-Week Community Journey through Change & Renewal

Format:

  • Five Online Gatherings- 1.5 hours long

  • One half-day Immersion (breathwork, yoga, nature rituals, community connection)

Together we will:

  • Create a safe, supportive circle for exploring change

  • Develop skills to steer the direction of our experience of endings

  • Widen our capacity to be with endings in a constructive and nurturing way

  • Allow endings to nourish growth and renewal

  • Witness and be witnessed in community

Endings are part of the rhythm of life. They arrive quietly or with great force — the closing of chapters, the shifting of relationships, the letting go of what once was. Too often, we rush past them, asking ourselves to “move on” before our hearts have caught up.

This 6-week group is an invitation to pause, honour, and explore the terrain of endings — together. Through five online gatherings and one immersive weekend retreat, we will create a supportive, non-judgmental space to reflect, grieve, celebrate, and transform.

Who’s this for: Anyone moving through change who longs for support, reflection, and community... for example, you might be experiencing:

  • ending of a romantic relationship

  • job change

  • change in your identity

  • a dream that didn’t work out

  • grief from the death of a special person or being in your life

  • friend break ups

  • Change in health or physical/mental capacity

  • starting again and unsure of where you belong

Join us in honouring endings — not as failures or finalities, but as sacred thresholds.

When & Where: 5 weekly meetings on Wednesdays from 5:30-7PM starting October 1st & 1 half-day immersion Nov 2nd in Squamish, BC

Weekly breakdown:

Week 1: Unmasking: Together, we will gently explore and lay down the masks we use to soften the pain of endings, or to try to delay the inevitable changes life brings. In unmasking, we create space to breathe, to feel, and to welcome the truth of what is. Here, we grow the courage to be present with transitions — not as something to fear, but as thresholds that invite us into new ways of being.

Week 2: Grief: Grief often rises in turbulent layers when the outcomes we longed for fall short of what we imagined. Our attachments — to ideals, to an identity (whether cherished or feared), or to the comfort of certainty — can leave us clinging to an illusion of control. By tending gently to the grief of what was, what is, and what may never be, we learn the quiet dance of softening into endings, allowing space for compassion and trust to guide the way.

Week 3: Narration: The stories we tell ourselves matter. The words we choose around endings reflect the pathways our minds are primed to follow when we are hurt, triggered, or grieving. By catching these stories and gently re-shaping them, we create space to recalibrate from the disruption that endings bring. In doing so, we begin to shift the patterns of the brain itself — transforming not only how we experience endings within, but also how we move through them in the world around us.

Week 4: Rituals: Bringing ritual to endings offers us a way to honor the closing of a chapter and prepare ourselves for what is to come. Rituals support the meaning-making process, helping us integrate the wisdom and gifts carried by the ending. They signal to our hearts and minds that a phase of life is shifting, and that we are ready to turn the page — stepping into a new part of our story with intention and care.

Week 5: Possibility: Endings invite us to turn pain into gold — to alchemize and integrate the lessons they carry. With time and space, we may begin to see how an ending can also be a pivot or redirection, guiding us closer to what we truly desire. These thresholds can fuel our expansion and growth, if we allow ourselves to honor both the ache of loss and the quiet emergence of goodness. Possibility lives in holding this delicate balance — giving space to every ingredient of our experience, and letting new meaning take shape.

Balance with the Divine Feminine

ABOUT? Come join us as we explore what it means to embody both the divine feminine and divine masculine principles so support you in living with more ease, alignment, play, flow, direction, and purpose. Together we will explore the light and dark sides of the masculine and feminine; what energies influence our life; and how we experience these energies in our relationships to others and ourselves.

The feminine and masculine principles go beyond the “man-woman” binary duality. The approach of this work is based on integrating the polarities that create a homeostasis of unity in our system and relationships. These energies have distinct qualities; but they lay on a spectrum, allowing each of us to live these energies with our unique expression. No matter our sex assigned at birth, these energies live within all of us. When balanced through awareness, practice, and integration; we have the potential to tap into more flow and freedom in how we want to move through the world; and grow into the version of ourselves we want to be.

We will look at the societal conditioning of what it means to be a woman that is NOT the divine feminine; and dismantle the gender roles away from the essence of the dual energies. We will also unpack why so many women feel disconnected to their feminine essence and engage in practices to encourage the flow and reclamation of our unique power.

This day retreat is for you if you want to:

  • Feel more magnetic and aligned with you masculine and feminine side

  • Feel more rooted in your power and tap into your authentic voice

  • Cultivate greater awareness of why you are the way you are

Awaken the Power of Your Breath

Who is this workshop for?

This class is for anyone who wants to improve their breathing pattern, be it because of a breathing disorder such as asthma, because of a physical performance goal, for deepening their meditation, or to address a physical or emotional block.

What to expect?

A short and simple lecture on the anatomy and physiology of breathing. Followed by a systematic exploration of our current breathing patterns and capacity, and the methods and practices on how to optimize this organic function. After the breathing session, once the body and mind have been harmonized, we will conclude with the breath awareness meditation of Anapana-Sati, followed by a Q&A.

What you will gain out of this workshop?

An illustrated and experiential understanding of where the optimal breath takes place and how to tap into it. How to awaken the power of your diaphragm so you can:

 -Increase spinal stability
