About? Step into tranquility in our cozy, nature-based geodome for a deeply restorative Yin and Massage Yoga experience, accompanied by the soothing sounds of live music. This intimate, candle-lit session will guide you into a state of profound relaxation with long-held, gentle poses and the nurturing touch of massage. The warmth of the fire and the peaceful rhythm of live music will carry you deeper into stillness, allowing you to release tension and restore your body and mind.

Jo Peters RMT

Jo Peters is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist at Move Right with six years of experience specializing in craniosacral therapy, concussion management, chronic pain, rehab and injury prevention. Her expertise extends to fostering overall wellness and achieving balance within the body, drawing from a deep understanding of functional movement and sports training. Jo is committed to educating her clients about their bodies, empowering them to maintain peak physical health and prevent injuries.

In addition to her therapeutic work, Jo is an avid mountain biking coach. Her love for the mountains and the pursuit of a flow state drive her both professionally and personally.

Jo’s enthusiasm for the outdoors extends into the winter months, where she enjoys skiing and sledding. Her comprehensive approach ensures that her clients remain in optimal condition for similar activities, helping them stay active and injury-free throughout the year. Whether on the massage table or coaching on the trails, Jo has a holistic approach and passion for health and wellness.

Ellen Reesor

Ellen is a studio owner, and mindfulness facilitator by trade, but her true calling lies in helping students discover what makes them come alive. Ellen helps students unearth a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in their practice, ultimately driving them to integrate what they discover on their mats into their everyday lives off the mat. Ellen’s passion for lifelong learning has led her to complete a:

  • 200hr Hatha Teacher Training

  • 500hr Modo Teacher Training

  • 100hr Modo Flow Training

  • 10 month Interdisciplinary Approach to Movement & Mindfulness TT and Mentorship program at Spirit Loft Movement Center

  • 10 Day silent Vipassana Meditation Course

  • 9 month meditation/precepts course under Poep Sa Frank Jude Boccio

  • ACSM Personal training course through Cuesta College

  • Yoga Detour Method Training, combining yoga with functional movement and mobility

  • Four year ambassadorship with Lululemon

  • Psychology Degree at UBC Vancouver (in-progress)
