ABOUT?
Summer invites us to live with high energy, but sometimes that intensity can pull us out of balance. Whether it’s the long, sun-filled days or the desire to be constantly active, it’s easy to forget the importance of slowing down, restoring, and recalibrating.
The space between retreat offers a sacred space to return to equilibrium - to restore your inner balance, reconnect with yourself, and find harmony in the natural rhythm of the season. Inspired by the Buddhist teaching of the Middle Way, this retreat will guide you in navigating both activity and rest, allowing you to find your natural homeostasis - the balance where body, mind, and spirit are in perfect alignment.
